The Grizzly Manor cafe! At 7AM in the morning, on a Friday, the place was bustling. There was no wait to sit, but man was the place busy. When you enter the single room cafe, you're met with a ton of stickers. I mean stickers covering the walls and roof. It's a pretty cool sight! As for the food, the portions are HUGE!!! It may seem pretty pricey for 8-9 bucks for a single pancake, but that pancake will is larger than the largest dinner plate. Definitely would recommend splitting meal between someone if you don't feel like taking food home. The food and the service was wonderful and would def be coming back here if I'm ever in Big Bear :) In my photo you'll see that there are two portions of pancakes and chicken fried steak, but it's actually just ONE portion split into two!!! My SO and I probably could've just split half of the food they give us

This restaurant is REALLY small where we had to find parking nearby, but the food was amazing and a big size for the amount that you pay for. I ended up taking some of my breakfast home in a box because I couldn't finish it. Expect this place to be BUSY on weekends, and during peak hours like breakfast time. Once we were sat inside, our server was attentive and friendly, service was FAST, and the food was enjoyable and tasty.

This is our go to spot for breakfast when in Big Bear. Gotta love the huge pancake, so buttery good! Love the hometown feel here. It gets pretty busy but the service is on point.

We were visiting big bear, decided to try this place out. Cozy and fun atmosphere. We didn't wait to long for a Monday morning to be seated. They are CASH only so keep that in mind. I love the little decorations all over the restaurant. People are signing stuff and posting it on the wall the ceiling. I ordered eggs, crispy, bacon with hash brown, and a side of sourdough bread. It was very delicious. Even the hashbrowns were homemade they kind of tasted cheesy. My boyfriend had ham , eggs and a very large pancake. He loved all his food. I also enjoyed their coffee. the mug is pretty big size. My boyfriend ended up putting our name on a Mexican dollar and it's somewhere in there hanging :) check this place out if you are visiting, definitely worth it!

So every time we pass by this place is PACKED, finally got to try it on a Monday afternoon. The place is really small, but the vibe is great. Walked in to warm, smiley faces and employees jammin' to good music. Veeeery small restaurant so do not recommend for huge groups, better off taking to go! However, MASSIVE servings with fair prices, my favorites were the chicken fried steak that was the size of my hand and their sausage. You will definitely have plenty of leftovers to save for later!

If it has manor in the name I was expecting a grand mansion restaurant. Man was I humbled when I saw it. Nonetheless, this restaurant is so fun! Reading the menu definitely gave us giggle and good laugh. Hearing the music and seeing all the stickers on the wall proves this restaurant has been standing for a long time. The food came pretty quick and was delicious! The staff are incredible and friendly. Tables are limited so if you're bringing your entire family of 7+ maybe this isn't the best option unless you want be separated. However, also don't let overstay your welcome. There are other people waiting outside also wanting to experience this wonderful restaurant :) Support the locals, come in, eat and head out the door to see the rest of Big Bear

Came here at 11am on a Saturday morning. The parking lot was full and there were people waiting outside. That to me said this place is possibly worth the wait! I went in out my name down and was told there was a 40 minute wait. I loved the causal chill vibes of the cafe and the fun decor - the front door, walls and ceilings were covered with stickers and currency from all over the world. The staff are super sweet and also efficient. Our food came out pretty quick and was absolutely heavenly. The buttermilk pancakes are massive and soo good! You do get a to go box if you can't finish it all. The French toast was also superb! Would come here everyday of the trip had it not been for the long wait.
